Chauffeured tour of Jerez to see its horses and sample sherry. Then, Arcos or Cádiz
Here you find the chance of a private daytrip to Jerez de la Frontera OR Cadiz, or both.
Jerez is one of the cradles of Flamenco. It’s famous for its sherries and the equestrian academy of the dancing horses (Andalusian Cowboy’s Dressage and Classic + Carriages and Coaches ride). In Jerez we’ll visit a beautiful and 250 years old cellar, a bodega that produces sherry and brandy. Then, you can enjoy the horses show. The road to Jerez is a sweet relaxing trip through the vineyards of the countryside, both from Sevilla or from Cadiz port.
Cadiz is the 3000 years old city founded by Phoenicians as trade colony and then conquered by Romans and Syrians. From Cadiz was the family of the great Roman emperor Hadrian. We love this city, maybe the best of Spain for the great sense of humor of its Gaditanos, the narrow streets and malecón that were later imitated in Cuba, La Habana. Cadiz is the cradle of a beatiful style of Flamenco called Alegrías (gaiety, joie de vivre), also the city of great composer Manuel de Falla, the cantaor Chano Lobato and the gateway of Caribbean music to Spain. . . and its wonderful seafood and fish!
